We design and manufacture high-performance columns specifically engineered for extreme environmental challenges. Our units are proven to work effectively in the freezing temperatures of Siberia as well as demanding technological processes requiring temperatures of 400°C and higher.
Supply & Dimensions
We offer flexible manufacturing and logistics solutions based on the size of the apparatus:
- Standard Transport: Apparatuses with a diameter up to 5 m and length of 30 m are supplied as a whole unit.
- Large Scale: Columns exceeding these dimensions are manufactured and supplied in parts for on-site assembly.
Internal Equipment & Accessories
We provide a comprehensive range of internal and external components to ensure a fully functional assembly:
- Internals: Load-carrying filling parts, distributors, and shells for installing the inner structure.
- Accessories: Operating bridges, maintenance platforms, ladders, and installation arms.
Materials & Standards
Columns are constructed from high-quality materials to meet specific pressure and corrosion resistance needs:
- Materials: Carbonic steel, stainless steel, ply steel, and special materials like Monel.
- Compliance standards: ČSN, ASME, DIN, SEVT, EN, and PED.
