Reactors

Medium pressure reactors for catalytic reforming, hydrocracking, and urea synthesis. Available in axial and radial flow configurations, engineered for high-pressure and high-temperature environments.
Overview
We offer medium pressure reactors suitable for catalytic reforming, hydrocracking, urea synthesis, and tube reactor applications. Our designs include both axial and radial flow configurations to suit specific process requirements.
Construction & Standards
- Body Material: Chrome molybdenum steel.
- Inner Structure: Stainless and austenitic steel.
- Shell Design: Available with rolling and lengthwise welds, or forged rings.
- Compliance: Supplied in strict compliance with ČSN 690010, DIN-AD MERKBLATT, ASME CODE section VII div. 1, EN 13445, and PED.
Hydrogenation Reactors
Designed for increased medium aggressiveness, these reactors feature bimetal sheet metal or specialized welds. The construction typically utilizes steel alloy with a stainless steel inner lining or weld deposit.
Hydrocracking Reactors
Engineered to operate under high pressure and temperatures in the presence of hydrogen. These units are built for extreme durability.
- Reference Capability: We have experience producing massive units (e.g., for the Slovnaft Bratislava complex) with wall thicknesses up to 178+7 mm, diameters of 3420 mm, and weights exceeding 248 tons.
Tube Reactors
These units consist of vertical tubes with various diameters filled with catalyst. They are primarily used for strongly exothermic reactions where efficient heat removal is critical. Materials range from carbon steel to corrosion-resistant alloys depending on the medium.
Urea Synthesis Reactors
This category represents some of the most demanding production requirements in the industry. Our units are capable of handling:
- Pressure: 16 to 25 MPa
- Temperature: 185°C to 200°C
- Weight: Up to 260 tons
