Material & Manufacture
Pipes are manufactured either hot finished or cold drawn, followed by the specified finishing heat treatment.

Mechanical Test Sampling
- Transverse or longitudinal tension test, flattening test, hardness test, or bend test
- Batch furnace: tests on 5% of pipes per lot (minimum 1 pipe for small lots)
- Continuous process: tests on minimum 5% of the lot, at least 2 pipes
