Astm A335 P22 Alloy Steel Pipe
ASTM A335 P22 seamless chrome-moly alloy steel pipe designed for high-temperature and high-pressure service. Widely used in power plants, refineries, and petrochemical facilities where high creep strength, oxidation resistance, and long-term thermal stability are required.

Chrome-Moly Material Note
- Commonly referred to as chrome-moly (Cr-Mo) pipe
- Chromium (Cr) improves oxidation and corrosion resistance
- Molybdenum (Mo) increases strength, elastic limit, wear resistance, impact strength, and hardenability

- Pipe may be supplied hot finished or cold drawn
- Finishing heat treatment applied in accordance with ASTM A335

Mechanical Test Sampling
- Batch-type furnace: tests on 5% of each treated lot (minimum one pipe)
- Continuous heat treatment: minimum two pipes or 5% of the lot

- Shot blasting
Packing & Marking
- Bare packing, bundle packing, or crate packing
- Wooden protection at both pipe ends
