Design & Construction
- Quarter-turn disc design for fast open and close operation
- Cast-in-place mounting flange compatible with manual, gear, pneumatic, hydraulic, diaphragm, and electric actuators
- Streamlined disc design to reduce pressure drop and minimize turbulence
- Two-piece, blowout-proof stem design allowing field replacement of seats
Sealing & Performance
- Resilient seat design eliminates the need for separate flange gaskets
- Dual stem seal between disc and seat spherical hubs
- Additional sealing provided by O-ring design
- Oil-impregnated bronze bushings for maximum stem support and reduced operating torque
Testing & Ratings
- Each valve hydrostatically tested on both sides to 225 PSI
- Full lug style design suitable for dead-end service up to 200 PSI (2"–12")
- Sizes 14" and larger require a downstream flange

- Long neck design provides ample clearance for insulation
- All lug bodies are threaded; drilled holes available as an option
